Bembi's Kitchen is an American inspired backyard restaurant located in Magalang, Pampanga. It's a Pizza place and a Cafe in one! Aside from different varieties of quality and affordable pizzas, they also serves coffee from world's best brands, rib eye steak, all american pork ribs, chicken wings, pasta, wine, and a lot more!
It started in 2014 as Bembi's Pizza but since they start serving other meals, they changed the name of the restaurant to Bembi's Kitchen.
The place was cozy and it has a homey ambiance. At first glance, I thought I was inside a fancy restaurant in the United States because of the design of the place, but Bembi's Kitchen proved me that the place is not just about the interior because every food that they served is truly extra-ordinary!
You know what amazed me the most? The innovation took over this place. Apart from the food that has their own twist, this restaurant has a different way of presenting their menu. Forget the old school way or hard copy menu. They have a tablet where the menu is displayed and you're just one swipe away to check the next dish. I love that idea!
Going to this restaurant made me realized that my hometown has lot of things to offer when it comes to tourism and food industry. Bembi's Kitchen is just one of those obscure places in this town that needs to be promoted and we must patronized. It's a gem that needs to be discovered by others.

Nachos, you can't go wrong with this!
Sisig Fries is a combination of American, Mexican, and of course, Kapampangan food. It is made of fresh potato shoestrings topped with their home-made sisig with a special white sauce, jalapeño, and cilantro.
Bembi's Kitchen has their Signature Hot Wings tossed in your choice of sauce with varying spice levels. They have the 0 level (tweetums) which is the non-spicy hot wings then they have 10 levels of spiciness starting with level 1 which is wholesome up to level 10 which is the flatliner.
If you think level 10 is not enough, you can try their Inferno Challenge. If you overcome the challenge, you'll get the hot wings for FREE and also you will get a shirt that says "I almost burn my throat to get this shirt" (I can't remember the exact statement on the shirt)

How about a Cheese Platter?
A generous arrangement of assorted cheese, antipasto, crackers, olives, fruits, and nuts. A perfect appetizer for a satisfying meal!
If you're not into wine or coffee, they also have thirst-quenching drinks and one of the best seller is the Lemongrass Iced Tea. It's made of organic home brewed lemongrass added with citrus fruit (depends on the availability of the harvest) and sweetener.
Pasta Di Limone, Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, Spaghetti with Meatballs
y favorite among their pasta is the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo! The fettuccine noodles is tossed with home-made creamy alfredo sauce, chicken, butter, and Parmigiano-Reggiano garnished with organic parsley and parmesan cheese
I'm not lying when I said that, this is the best pizza place! Trust me. There's no perfect word that would describe their pizza. It's for you to try.
Combination of Pizzaroni and Tex-Mex
For those people who are cheese lovers like me, You'll definitely love this 4-Cheese Pizza!! It's made of All-American Mozzarella, Cheddar Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, and a special Cheese.
The Bazinga Burger is made of 1/2 pound 100% pure beef patty grilled to perfection! It 's topped with fresh lettuce, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and jalapeños
It is served with Bembi's special cream sauce with tomato catsup and yellow mustard on the side, and with potato chips. It's the best burger!
